This position is located in the Nursing Department of the Inpatient Adult/Peds Nursing Department with the Crownpoint Health care Facility, Crownpoint, NM. The incumbent evaluates the Nursing needs of patients, developing a plan of nursing care, initiates patient care assignments, implementing and modifying them as needs change; provides or directs the provision of comprehensive nursing care. Delegating duties to appropriate personnel, teaching and reviewing their work as needed. At times, will provide clinical nurse duties. This position will be reporting to the Supervisory Clinical Nurse for Inpatient Nursing Care.
