Conifer Health Solutions is currently hiring for an experienced Patient Service Center Director in Lincoln, NE. Knowledge of revenue cycle management is needed. Experience managing a Call Center is preferred. Scheduling and insurance verification operations experience is a huge plus!
The Director of Financial Clearance Operations is responsible for successful delivery of patient financial clearance services in a call center environment. The Director will lead critical programs/projects that are strategically aligned to business strategy and objectives. The Director is also responsible for implementing operating systems, policies and procedures, including development and improvement in order to achieve overall metrics of the center. The Director will provide feedback regarding operation of the site including budgeting, performance management, goal setting, company procedure and policy, and overall company and customer performance to provide successful results.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
? 5+ years of experience in direct employee management
? Experience owning and managing to a budget
? Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
? 5+ years management experience in call center experience preferably in hospital operations, health insurance, or health related field
? High School diploma or GED required
? Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare preferred
? Approximately 20% travel may be required
