The Contract Management Analyst (CMA) is responsible for the accurate processing of all types of agreements for all the Hospital facilities with special emphasis on Referral Source agreements; processing relocation agreements; processing research agreements; responsible for processing payments to physicians under Income or Collections Guarantees and Directorship agreements; assists the Administrative Director in conducting quarterly departmental audits on all contract files and database to ensure compliance and accuracy; responsible for the accurate maintenance of the department database; responsible for distribution of monthly notifications; work closely with the respective Director and/or Administrative Team member for each contract and assist in the negotiation of terms and provisions of contracts; coordinate process and completion of all contracts to include the initiation, negotiations, required approvals, termination and archiving; ensure that the terms and conditions of the agreements are clearly communicated to all parties involved; maintain both eCATS and internal departmental database to ensure compliance; perform general administrative duties as required; and be able to manage time efficiently and organize and prioritize work assignments in order to meet critical deadlines. In the absence of the Administrative Director due to vacation, leave, etc, the CMA will supervise the operations of the department.
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related field plus 2 years experience in contract management OR equivalent in education and experience to equal at least 6 years
