To serve as liaison between patients and hospital. Responsible for leading patient experience initiatives, including education and implementatioin of initiatives that fulfill the hospitals service excellence program and create a culture of passion and commitment for exemplary service excellence. To provide a specific channel through with patients can seek solutions to problems, concerns and unmet needs. To promote a culture of patient centered care which emphasizes outstanding service and compassion.
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Previous customer service experience with a heavy emphasis on interpersonal relations preferred
Previous experience in liaison role preferred
Excellent skills in verbal and written communication and managing conflict
